UZO No compulsory top-ups (tariff previously known as UZO Always)

When roaming in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, my national rate applies (voice calls made and text to/from countries in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom). Calls received in these countries are free. Check here for text rates.

To keep the UZO No top-up plan active, you need to make a paid call or a paid text - from your top-up balance - every 120 days.

If you top up your UZO account (no mandatory top-ups required) with an amount of €7.5 or more, you’ll receive bonuses valid for 30 days:

- 500MB, valid nationally and for roaming in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom;

- 2,000 free text between UZO (UZO Original, UZO 1EUR 2DIAS and UZO No top-up required), valid in national territory.

UZO+ Plan (service formerly known as UZO International Discount)

Signing up for UZO with no mandatory top-ups includes the UZO+ Plan €0/month, and you will only be charged for the calls you make

If your card doesn't have UZO+ active, all you have to do to join is call 16205.

UZO 5GB; UZO 40GB; UZO 100GB

The data and minute caps allocated at the time of signing up are renewed monthly on the 1st of each month. The daily allowance of 50 text is renewed daily at 00:00. You can only use the plafonds if your balance is equal to or greater than €0. The value of the weekly allowance cannot be used for communications. To keep the card active, you need to have enough balance to debit the weekly fee. A text indicating the debit is sent before the weekly fee is charged.

If you have no available balance, the weekly amount will be charged and you will become negative (in order to continue making calls, sending text and using mobile data, you need to top-up and become positive). You can, however, continue to receive calls. If the situation persists for the next weekly charge, the tariff will be changed to the UZO No top-up required tariff. When you top up again and the balance is equal to or greater than the weekly amount, you automatically switch back to the original tariff (you renew the caps, but you lose the campaigns you had, except for the rechargeable balance, which remains).

To keep your tariff active, you must have enough balance to pay the weekly price of your tariff.

Internet

Once you've used up your monthly net limit on your mobile phone, you can continue browsing with the Pay as You Go net tariff, which applies €0.015 per MB, or activate more net on your mobile phone. For more information, click here.

Communications included in the allowance

Calls to national numbers beginning with 2, 3, and 9 within the country and roaming communications to/from countries in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, charged per minute. After exceeding the limit, calls will be charged at €0.20 per min/text.

Communications not included in the allowance

MMS, calls to 760, 808, 707, customer support, international and roaming numbers will be charged to the balance.

Internet

mobile data is charged in 10KB blocks.

Plafond valid in national territory and roaming in the EEA and UK. After you've used up your monthly mobile net limit, to continue surfing, activate more internet here.

The monthly mobile data included in the UZO 40GB and 100GB plans can be used for roaming in the countries mentioned above, and a Fair Use Policy (FUP) of 20GB will be applied to the 40GB plan and 30GB to the 100GB plan.

Prepaid plans with a base data allowance of 10GB or more offer internet speeds of up to 150 Mbps. All other prepaid plans offer internet speeds of up to 40 Mbps. For more information on internet access speeds, please refer to the available document.

UZO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for roaming traffic in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, based on the prevalence of consumption/presence in these territories compared to domestic consumption/presence. This measure is part of the mechanisms for controlling the risk of abusive or anomalous use outside the context of periodic travel in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, the general rules of which can be consulted here or by calling 12083 (toll-free).
