Portability
The Portability Validation Code or CVP is a unique identifier for each customer service number, and without it it is not possible to proceed with the portability request.
The signed form and documents must be sent by email to
portabilidade@uzo.pt, or by post - free of charge and without a stamp - to the following address:
UZO
Free delivery 14181
EC 5 de Outubro (Lisbon)
1064-003 Lisbon
Once the portability request has been received, and if all the necessary requirements have been met, UZO will send the UZO SIM card without compulsory top-ups to the address indicated on the portability form, within a maximum of 2 working days.
When the portability is accepted by the current operator, a text is sent confirming the day and time the portability will take place. On the date indicated, the cards must be exchanged, after which the new card received can be used. Although the card is different, the current mobile phone number is retained.
If the portability request is not accepted by the current operator, UZO will contact me.
The data requested on the portability form must be provided and is intended for carrying out the administrative procedures inherent in number portability. Under the terms of Law no. 67/98 of October 26, the Customer is guaranteed the right to access, rectify or delete their data. More information on the Portability Conditions can be found
here.
In addition, in order to be able to make communications from the moment you join the UZO, a balance advance of €2.5 is given. This amount is deducted from the next top-up more than €5.
