To install the TV UZO app on a compatible Android TV device, go to the Google Play Store, search for “TV UZO app,” and install the app. If the TV UZO app does not appear in the search results, make sure you are using a Google account from Portugal.
The UZO TV service allows you to connect up to 4 devices, considering any compatible device (Android TV with operating system version 10 or higher).

The service is available to all customers with fibre . You can sign up for Net + TV or Net + Mobile + UZO TV packages.
It requires an Android TV device (Smart TV, Box, dongle or TV stick) with operating system version 10 or higher, certified by Google. Not available on devices with the webOS and Tizen operating systems (i.e. Samsung and LG TVs).
Yes, the UZO TV app is available free of charge for smartphones and tablets. At home, connect to your UZO service's WiFi and watch your favorite content at no extra cost. Outdoos, the mobile data used will be deducted from your data allowance.
After you pay for the TV Stick (via MB WAY or using an ATM reference number), it will be shipped to the address you provided. Next, sign up for my UZO and follow the instructions to receive a credit for the cost of the TV Stick on your service bills. If you choose to purchase more than one UZO TV Stick, you can receive a credit for up to two devices, provided that each device is associated with a separate Net fibre + TV service at different addresses.
Yes, unless we run out of stock. At kiosks, the TV Stick is delivered at the time of purchase. Then register at my UZO and follow the steps to receive credit for the value of the TV Stick on your service invoices.
Yes. Any UZO customer customer with TV service can purchase the TV Stick and receive the credit on their UZO service bills. To do so, simply sign up for my UZO and follow the steps provided to request the credit. If you choose to purchase more than one UZO TV Stick, you can receive credit for up to two devices, provided that each device is associated with a separate Net fibre + TV service at different addresses.
In case of cancellation, you can return the TV Stick within 7 business days after purchase at Kiosks or within 14 days after delivery (purchase via website or 16205).
Send the equipment, including the USB stick, remote control, and charger, in the original complete box (properly packed inside another box, so as to preserve the original box and all other items), together with the completed completed return form and the purchase invoice to the address:

Shipping is free of charge and you should ask CTT for proof of dispatch.
Replacements due to malfunction will be provided throughout the warranty period, provided the equipment shows no signs of misuse (damaged, broken, etc.).
In the event of a malfunction, you must return the equipment (return the USB flash drive and the remote control, even if only one of the components is defective) along with the purchase receipt and the Technical Support Request Form, duly completed.

Contact the supplier directly via email at care.xiaomi@tamet.pt or by phone at 229 059 430 (weekdays, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.), and they will pick up the defective equipment and return it after repair.
