Terms and Conditions
The prices quoted include VAT at the legal rate of 23%.
Conditions valid for new subscriptions until November 2, 2026, exclusively for new customers of convergent packages - Net. fibre Net fibre Mobile, Internet fibre Mobile + TV or Internet fibre + TV - and not cumulative with other ongoing campaigns.
Signing up for convergent packages requires a 3-month commitment and enrollment in electronic billing. The monthly fee for the packages includes a discount of €1/month while enrollment in electronic billing remains active.
The advantages, membership benefits, and included services are not available for plans without contract.
The availability of the services included may vary depending on technical feasibility and the service subscribed to.
Membership benefits
Offer to credit the cost of the TV Stick to UZO service bills, valid for eligible new and existing customers, in accordance with the
Terms and Conditions. The amount of €54.90, corresponding to the UZO TV Stick, will be credited to service bills until it is fully used.
Fixed Internet
The Fixed Internet speeds shown refer to the data transmission speeds between your home and the central office and do not include data encapsulation. Actual download and upload speeds may vary depending on
several factors.
The availability of the 1,000 Mbps speed at the address where the service is installed is subject to technical validation.
FiberGateway is included so you can enjoy the best fixed-line internet experience—wired or wireless—throughout your home.
Mobile
Voice calls charged by the minute and mobile data in 10kB blocks.
Communications included in the allowance
Calls to national numbers beginning with 2, 3, and 9 within the country and roaming communications to/from countries in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, which will be deducted from your allowance for all national networks.

After you have used up your text allowance, for all national networks, you will be charged €0.20 per text the country and when roaming to/from countries in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom.
Communications not included in the allowance
MMS messages, calls to 760, 808, and 707 numbers, customer support, international calls, and roaming (not included in the allowances) will be charged on your monthly bill. For added security, there is a extra monthly fee limit, but you can choose other amounts in your customer area at myuzo.pt. Roaming communications are not included in this limit.

Mobile Data
Any mobile data included in a given month’s plan that is not used during that month will be available for use during the following month. Data limits are valid within Portugal and while roaming in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom. Once you’ve used up your monthly mobile data allowance, to continue browsing, activate
more data.
Mobile Internet can be used while roaming in the countries mentioned above, and a Responsible Use Policy (RUP) of 30 GB will apply to the 100 GB plan and 60 GB to the unlimited GB plan. You will be notified via text when you reach 80% and 100% of the FUP data allowance. Once the FUP is exhausted, data usage will continue to be deducted from your domestic allowance, plus €0.0014/MB. UZO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for roaming traffic in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, based on the prevalence of consumption/presence in these territories compared to domestic consumption/presence.
This measure is part of the mechanisms for controlling the risk of abusive or anomalous use outside the context of periodic travel in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom. See the general rules. or by calling 12083 (toll-free).

Unlimited traffic mobile data tariffs are intended for the customer 's personal and exclusive use and, at all times, on a single access terminal device of their choice. The use of tariffs by third parties and/or for the purposes of commercial exploitation of the service is prohibited in any form.
We reserve the right to monitor the use of the service in order to prevent its use from posing a risk to the security or integrity of the network and/or abusive use and/or use contrary to the provisions of the contract, as well as to apply restrictions to the service, refuse or suspend access and terminate the contract in the event of (i) improper use of the service by the customer; (ii) use of the service(s) in the context of illegal activities; (iii) culpable and serious breach of contractual obligations and/or (iv) situations of fraud.
TV
Service available to customers with fibre Internet access. Requires a device with Android TV 10 operating system or higher, certified by Google. You can download the UZO TV App on a Smart TV or use a TV Stick, Dongle, or Android Box. Check out the
