UZO Commercial Terms and Rates with Invoice
The monthly fee for the 100GB and unlimited plan includes a €3/month discount. Terms and conditions apply to new subscribers through August 31, 2026.
The monthly tariff includes a discount of €1/month on subscriptions to the electronic invoice, for as long as it remains active. Service activation offer of €60.
The prices quoted include VAT at the legal rate of 23%.
Voice calls charged by the minute and mobile data in 10kB blocks.
Communications included in the allowance
Calls to national numbers beginning with 2, 3, and 9 within the country and roaming communications to/from countries in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom will be deducted from your allowance for all national networks.

After you have used up your text allowance, for all national networks, you will be charged €0.20 per text the country and when roaming to/from countries in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom.
Communications not included in the allowance
MMS, calls to 760, 808, 707, customer support, international calls and roaming (which are not included in the caps) will be charged on the monthly bill. For greater security, there is a pre-defined limit of extra monthly fee communications, but you can choose other values in your customer area, at
my UZO. Communications made while roaming are not included in this limit.

Mobile Data
The mobile data corresponding to the monthly fee for a given month that is not consumed that month is available for use during the month immediately afterwards.

After you have used up your monthly mobile data allowance, to continue browsing, activate
more Internet.
mobile data can be used while roaming in the countries mentioned above, and a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) of 30GB will apply to the 100GB plan and 60GB to the unlimited GB plan. You will be notified by text you reach 80% and 100% of the RUP data volume. Once the RUP has been used up, the traffic consumed will continue to be deducted from your national allowance, plus €0.0014/MB. For more information, see the Responsible Use Policy.

UZO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for roaming traffic in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, based on the prevalence of consumption/presence in these territories compared to domestic consumption/presence. This measure is part of the mechanisms for controlling the risk of abusive or anomalous use outside the context of periodic travel in the European Economic Area, Ukraine, Moldova, and the United Kingdom, the general rules for which can be found in the
roaming documents or by calling 12083 (toll-free).

Unlimited mobile data plans are intended for the personal and exclusive use of customer , at any given time, on a single access terminal device of their choice.
The use of tariffs by third parties and/or for commercial exploitation of the service is prohibited in any form.
We reserve the right to monitor the use of the service to prevent its use from posing a risk to the security or integrity of the network and/or abusive use and/or use contrary to the provisions of the contract, as well as to apply restrictions to the service, refuse or suspend access, and terminate the contract in the event of (i) misuse of the service by the customer; (ii) use of the service(s) in the context of illegal activities; (iii) culpable and serious breach of contractual obligations; and/or (iv) situations of fraud.
