Communications included in the allowance
Calls to domestic numbers starting with 2, 3, and 9 within Brazil, as well as roaming calls to and from countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, will be deducted from your "All Domestic Networks" allowance.
Once you have used up your included minutes for All National Networks, you will be charged €0.20 per minute/text s within Brazil and while roaming to or from EEA countries and the United Kingdom.
Communications not included in the allowance
MMS messages, calls to 760, 808, and 707 numbers, customer support, international calls, and roaming calls (not included in the data allowances) will be charged on your monthly bill. For added security, there is a predefined limit on communications extra monthly fee , but you can choose other limits in your account at customer, at
myuzo .pt. Communications made while roaming are not counted toward this limit.

Mobile Data
Caps apply within Brazil and while roaming in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom.
Once you've used up your monthly Net Móvel data allowance, activate more data
here to keep browsing.
Mobile Internet can be used while roaming in the countries mentioned above, and a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) will apply at the following thresholds: 16.08 GB for the 20 GB mobile plan, 17.08 GB for the 50 GB plan (valid for 90 days), and 9.2 GB for the 7-day unlimited data plan. You will be notified via text when you reach 80% and 100% of the RUP data allowance. Once the RUP is exhausted, the data you use will continue to be deducted from your domestic data allowance, plus 0.0019€/MB. For more information, see the

UZO reserves the right to charge a surcharge for roaming traffic within the EEA and the United Kingdom, based on the prevalence of usage/presence in these territories compared to domestic usage/presence.

The fixed Internet speeds shown refer to data transmission speeds between your home and the central office and do not include data encapsulation. Actual download and upload speeds may vary depending on
various factors. The availability of the 1,000 Mbps speed at the service installation address is subject to technical validation.
